1 General Terms & Applicability

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. nan88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from sharing your password with another person. If your password is lost or compromised, please contact our support team immediately.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

All deposits at nan88 must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or unidentified sources are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the daily limit set by nan88
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly

If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your payment receipt. nan88 does not offer any form of credit or loans.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from nan88:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• It is recommended that your deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 1,000
• Processing time: Typically completed within 1–24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious activity.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions at nan88 are subject to specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted the applicable terms and conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only; cannot be claimed more than once.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a specific turnover requirement (generally 10x–30x).
• Validity: Bonuses not used within 7–30 days of being issued will be forfeited.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless otherwise specified.
• Referral Bonus: Applicable to verified new members upon registration only.

6 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

10 Rule Changes & Enforceability
